Abstract

The integration of sustainability and optimization techniques in business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) supply chains is examined in this research study, with a focus on the mutually beneficial alignment of environmental responsibility and commercial efficiency. The integration of sustainability measures (green logistics, sustainable sourcing) and optimization tactics (forecasting models) for dual effect are important subjects. Case studies show how integration can be done successfully, outperforming industry standards in terms of cost savings, pollution reduction, and uptake of renewable energy. Plans for future include investigating cutting-edge technologies (AI, blockchain) and developing cooperative alliances to build strong and sustainable supply chain ecosystems.
