Abstract

Within the ever-changing landscape of health care reform, notably in Saudi Arabia, the combination of e-health and cloud computing has the potential to be a game-changer. The use of cloud computing in electronic health care is expertly navigated within the context of the Saudi Arabian setting by means of this comprehensive assessment research. The objective of this study is to investigate the implementation of an e-health cloud computing system in Saudi Arabia by utilizing literature review from various online data repositories. The purpose of this investigation is to identify the factors that have an impact on cloud computing in the healthcare industry. To establish a solid foundation for policy-makers and stakeholders to leverage in their decision-making processes and to ensure the successful adoption of cloud computing technology in Saudi Arabia, researchers in this study proposed an adoption framework by integrating all of the factors revealed from content analysis, the theoretical background, and the existing framework for technology adoption. All of these factors were incorporated into the framework. In order to understand how the implementation of e-health cloud computing within Saudi Arabia's health care system may be properly optimized, and if additional research and analysis are required.
